We have multiple studios in the building, so please find your unit number in the address that was sent to you.

This information can be found in your booking details and/or in the confirmation email you received upon booking the studio, or under the “Manage Booking” tab when booking on Peerspace. If you cannot find this, please message us immediately so that someone on our team can help you.

We have studios located on floors 3 - 5 in the building. Your unit number indicates the floor where the studio is located.

  • If your unit number starts with 3, the studio is located on the 3rd floor

  • If your unit number starts with 4, the studio is located on the 4th floor

  • If your unit number starts with 5, the studio is located on the 5th floor

IVORY SPACE: ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

PARKING & BUILDING ACCEss:

PARKING:

  • There are two parking lots available for you to use, which are outlined in yellow on the map below. The most commonly used one is located directly next to the building.

  • The lot next to the building costs $9/hr or $12/day. This lot takes cash or card but does not take coins. Place your parking ticket upright on your dashboard to avoid being towed.

  • PARKING PAYMENT IS ENFORCED, AND VEHICLES CAN BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE

BUILDING ENTRY:

  • The main entrance to the building is located on 6th Street and is shown in red on the map below. There is a keypad to enter the building, and the building door code is: #9674

  • There are loading docks with a ramp available, Monday - Friday, from 8:00am - 4:00pm, as shown on the map below. If you have made a freight elevator reservation, this is where you will meet a studio associate for load-in.

LOAD IN & FREIGHT ELEVATOR ACCESS:

  • Guests who are using the passenger elevator are always encouraged to begin loading into the building 30 minutes before their reservation start time and wait in the hall outside the studio until their booking begins. Early studio access is not permitted, but you are welcome to wait in the building before your booking, as we do not want load-in to take away from the amount of time you have in the studio. Passenger elevator dimensions: 7.5’ H x 4.5’ W x 3.5’ D

  • The freight elevator can be reserved Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm on Peerspace through our “add on” section. This must be booked at least 1 or 2 days before your booking start date to be guaranteed. If you need freight elevator access outside of business hours or on weekends, please send us a message on Peerspace to see if we can coordinate this with building management.

  • Freight elevator use without making a reservation with our team is strictly prohibited. Per our lease agreement, only leaseholders are allowed to reserve and use the elevator. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty fee or additional bill from the building, starting at $500, if you are caught using it or if unauthorized usage of it causes it to break. (This is VERY serious, we had a guest receive a $1000 repair bill from “Continental Elevator Services” in May 2023 due to breaking it while using it without permission and this is something we do not want any guests to experience!!)

STudio ACCEss:

  • You will receive a four-digit access code to the studio from us the night before your reservation date

  • To enter this code, press the numbers in order as they appear on the screen, then submit the code by pressing the unlock symbol on the touchscreen.

  • Please put the key securely inside the lockbox, without obstructing the lockbox door, and gently close the door upon entering the studio.

Penalty fees to avoid:

  • Failure to return the key may result in a $500 locksmith fee, in the event that the door needs to be unlocked by building management or keyed for a new entry, or if the key has been stolen or misplaced

  • Failure to return the key to the lockbox without damaging the lockbox may result in an $800 fee, as the building will charge us $500 to re-key the door, and replacing the lockbox costs $300
